1. Turn Left 90° Left Low Block Left Front Stance
2. Step forward Right Punch Middle Right Front Stance
3. Turn Right 180° Right Low Block Right Front Stance
4. Step forward Left Punch Middle Left Front Stance
5. Turn Left 90° Left Inner Forearm Block Left Back Stance
6. Step forward Right Punch Middle Right Front Stance
7. Step forward Left High Block Left Front Stance
8. (no step) Right Reverse Punch (Yell) Left Front Stance
9. Turn Right 180° Right Inner Forearm Block Right Back Stance
10. Step forward Left Punch Middle Left Front Stance
11. Step forward Right High Block Right Front Stance
12. (no step) Left Reverse Punch (Yell) Right Front Stance
13. Turn Backwards 270° Left Knife Hand Strike Sitting Stance
14. Slide Left foot to Right foot, step Right foot into
Sitting stance, Right Knife Hand Strike Sitting Stance

White Belt One Steps

Juniors must learn 1, 2 and 3
Adults must learn all five

1. Step into Left front stance, Left High Block, Right reverse punch middle, step Left foot back, Right front kick

2. Step into Right Back stance, Right inner forearm block, Right backfist high, right #1 side kick

3. Left crescent kick block, Right side kick, step into Right back stance, Right knife hand strike high

4. Right front kick, step to Right, Left side kick, land in Left Back stance, Left hammerfist strike (sideways) high, shift to Left front stance, Right reverse punch middle

5. Left crescent kick block, Right front/side kick combination, land in Right back stance, Right backfist strike high, shift to Right front stance, Left reverse punch middle
